Description
PP Fume Hoods are mainly used in clean rooms with relatively high environmental requirements. Compared with all-steel fume hoods, PP materials have excellent acid resistance. Excellent acid and alkali resistance can be used in higher-intensity acid and alkali experiments. It can be used in high-intensity acid and alkali experiments, clean rooms and other high-end places.
- Material: The upper and lower cabinets are all made of high-quality A-grade PP (polypropylene) board (porcelain white) that is resistant to strong acids and alkalis, chemicals, and impacts. The main body is 8mm thick, and the same color and quality welding rods are used for welding and modification. There are no sharp corners on the surface. The overall structure is resistant to strong acids, chemicals, impact, and corrosion.
- Lower cabinet: The four corners are designed with “square tube structure” and “T” type structure, which has good load-bearing capacity.
- Lining: Acid-resistant, alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant PP board is used as the lining material, and the internal three-stage exhaust design ensures that harmful gases with different specific gravity generated during different experiments are completely discharged. The installation size is scientific and reasonable, with no airflow dead corners, to obtain the maximum exhaust gas capture performance.
- Air collection hood: The fume hood adopts a top-hood exhaust design, with an exhaust port of 250/315mm in diameter according to site requirements. It is made of PP acid and alkali resistant material and is equipped with a confluence trough to collect condensed water (customers can connect a short transparent hose according to the situation).
- Window: The tempered glass window has stepless balanced lifting, and its counterweight can stay at any position. The window handle is made of special PVC material, with a user-friendly design and easy operation.
- Adjustable door track: C-shaped inclusive design to minimize friction.
- Adjustable door frame: White PP board is milled into square grooves, and combined with the glass by four-sided clamping and embedding.
- Adjustable door: PP silent pulley, galvanized square tube, square tube sleeve with anti-corrosion pipe sleeve to prevent corrosion in acid and alkali laboratory, PU polyurethane widened synchronous belt.
- Counterweight: adopts counterweight box design and is covered with PP.
- Lighting: Equipped with 30W anti-corrosion lighting set, waterproof, dustproof, impact-resistant, lamp with cover, no direct contact with experimental gas, easy to replace.
- Socket: Dust-proof, splash-proof safety socket with protective cover.
- Control panel: can control the switch of lighting, fan and air valve. Designed on the outer panel, it adopts touch-type intelligent circuit board, which is convenient for observation, operation and control.
- Handle and hinge: Made of PP injection molding, not easy to corrode, available in blue, white and gray.
- Countertop: The same thickness as the cabinet, made of 8mm acid and alkali-resistant and corrosion-resistant PP board.
- 250/315 axial flow fan: Equip the corresponding fan according to the required air volume. The shell is made of PP material, part of which is metal, and a 1-meter wire and outlet plug are reserved.
