Refund and Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CASLE Store. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day return policy.

To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at inquiry@casletech.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please make sure you take external and Internal Photos of the packaging along with the product in case of damage.

We will provide you with a return shipping label, please comply with shipping courier standard Packaging instructions and make sure the Product is packed well with sufficient packaging material to pass it through the normal shipping operations.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-14 Working days.

Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping charges and that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain products unless they are defective.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with our customer service team within 24-48 hours of receipt of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem quickly.
