4. Scanning software unique features
Scan and see: After the slice scan is completed, you can use the browsing function of the scanning software to view the image instantly and make a pathological diagnosis.
Real-time accurate positioning to view the slices that have just been scanned, which is equivalent to the microscope viewing function: the scanning software accurately positions the platform movement and displays the slice images in real-time positioning.
Display the current position parameters and tissue information parameters of the image in real time.
When there are multiple pieces of tissue on the same slide, the software can intelligently identify the pieces, complete the scan independently, and fuse them to generate a digital slice image.
5. Browsing software
Has slice library management function: automatically detects slice files in the machine, and has retrieval, query, and sorting functions.
Color-differentiated slice browsing tracks: Different colors mark the browsing tracks at different magnifications.
Mark ROI of different shapes, colors, and line widths, and the marking information can be exported to EXCEL files.
It can take regional screenshots and full-screen screenshots of ≥300dpi to meet the publishing needs of journals, books, etc.; the screenshots can be annotated, exported and other operations.
