Fume Hood, CA-FMH-PD Series

Fume Hoods are mainly used in clean rooms with relatively high environmental requirements. They can also be used in high-intensity acid and alkali experiments, clean rooms and other high-end places.

1. PP Countertop: Resistant to strong acids and alkalis, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, non-deformable, non-toxic, and easy to clean; using 10mm thick PP board.
2. Door board, drawer board: Made of 15mm thick PP board; the board surface is neither warped nor cracked, resistant to moisture, smooth and easy to clean, acid and alkali resistant, and corrosion resistant.
3. Cabinet board: 8mm thick PP board; all columns and beams are reasonably designed to ensure load-bearing and beautiful appearance while installing spare parts. They are slotted, bent and welded by an engraving machine, and all connecting parts are welded at high temperature.
4. Hinge: High-quality PP hinge, one-step injection molding, no noise during use, can be opened and closed more than 10,000 times, and has a long service life.
5. Handle: High-quality PP handle, one-time injection molding, with copper core screw cap inside to prevent rust; use PP injection screws when installing the handle to prevent rust.
6. Screw caps: Screw caps must be used in places reinforced with screws to prevent rust.
7. Window: Optional 5mm tempered glass window, tempered glass is resistant to high temperatures, scratches, and easy to clean.
8. Window profiles: The material is PVC, and the structure can be divided into: slide groove, upper frame, left and right frames, lower handle, and plug. It is specially designed and can maintain a stable shape without the need for screws.
9. Deflector: Made of 5mm thick PP plate and fixed with an integral injection-molded deflector clip.
10. Gas collecting hood: PP one-piece injection molding, diameter is 250mm.
11. Lighting: PP material shell, with LED light strip inside.
12. Accessories: LCD control panel, PP waterproof socket, PP fume hood pulley, synchronous belt drive.
